Sales Director

This is more than a sales role - it's a leadership opportunity responsible for running the commercial performance of a high-performing, relationship-led B2B services business working with large, established organisations.
You'll take ownership of revenue growth, sales rhythm, pricing and forecasting, pipeline discipline and key account strategy, working with leaders to bring clarity, consistency and stronger commercial outcomes across the business.

What You'll Own:
You'll be responsible for the commercial direction of the business - including revenue performance, how sales runs day to day, pricing and margin discipline, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and key account strategy.
You'll set clear direction for how sales performance is led, tracked and discussed, ensuring there is a consistent, numbers-led view of performance and priorities. A key focus will be strengthening pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, improving follow-through, and ensuring decisions are backed by insight rather than instinct.
You'll establish clear expectations around pricing and deal quality, support negotiation strategy on key opportunities, and protect value through sensible, well-understood commercial standards. You'll also set direction for how key client relationships are managed, stepping in where appropriate on important or complex partnerships.
From a leadership perspective, you'll provide clear commercial leadership to an experienced group of managers - setting expectations that are firm, fair and consistently applied, and bringing alignment across teams without unnecessary process.
About you
You're a senior B2B sales leader with deep experience owning and lifting revenue performance in complex, relationship-led environments. You've built credibility through delivery - setting standards, establishing strong commercial cadence, and leading teams to perform consistently at a high level.
You bring:
- A proven track record of leading sales performance, with accountability for revenue, pipeline health and results
- Strong commercial judgement, with experience in forecasting, pipeline discipline, pricing and margin management
- The ability to lead high-performing teams through clarity, consistency and follow-through
- A practical, decisive leadership style - comfortable making calls and backing your judgement
- The credibility to challenge constructively and lift standards without relying on authority or noise
- A whole-of-business mindset, focused on lifting performance through others rather than individual wins
