With 20 years in recruitment, Angela has partnered with many of New Zealand’s most ambitious organisations to help them unlock potential through talent.
Building on her success at Consult Recruitment, Angela founded LEAD to bring a fresh, future-focused approach to executive search and impact leadership recruitment. An ambitious disruptor by nature, Angela is also a passionate advocate for diverse leadership and supporting others to rise.

Henry brings valuable expertise to LEAD as our strategic advisor for family office recruitment. Globally recognised for his expertise in the organisation and regulation of private wealth, Henry provides strategic guidance to LEAD in identifying and recruiting top talent for family offices.
Henry’s expertise in private wealth planning, family office design and governance, family business succession, trust law, fiduciary risk management, cross-border wealth structuring, global tax reporting and compliance, and more, ensures we deliver exceptional solutions to family offices recruitment and related sectors.

Paul has extensive experience in both early stage and growth business as a CEO, Director and Chair, with extensive networks throughout the New Zealand and global business and technology sectors.
Paul is also the General Manager at STILL and has a demonstrated history of acquiring, building and leading fast growth technology and service companies to global markets.

Áine brings over 15 years of executive-level support and operational management experience across both New Zealand and internationally.
In her role at LEAD, she works in close partnership with the Managing Director to manage strategic priorities, optimise business operations, and cultivate a high-performance organisational culture. Known for her discretion, attention to detail, and structured approach, Áine ensures LEAD’s internal functions operate seamlessly in support of its executive search services.
