Rosa has 7+ years’ experience in recruitment, talent operations, and people-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on delivery, stakeholder engagement, and candidate experience.

Working closely with Angela (Managing Director), she takes a hands-on approach to market mapping and research, candidate management, and search delivery – ensuring every search is run with consistency, care, and rigour.

Rosa has a strong understanding of what successful leadership appointments require and how stakeholder dynamics and organisational fit affect outcomes. She aligns appointments both commercially and culturally to support long-term success for clients and candidates.
