Groenz, backed by the international strength of Golden State Foods (GSF), is seeking a driven, ambitious National Sales Manager to lead their expansion across Australia's dynamic foodservice market. Australia is a key growth market for Groenz, which is known for its leading standards in food quality, innovation, and customer service across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Groenz operations across New Zealand and Australia specialise in high-quality liquid food products for the Foodservice and QSR sectors. In Australia, we're positioned for significant growth, importing premium products that meet the evolving demands of our expanding customer base.
About the role
As National Sales Manager - Australia, you'll join the Groenz Leadership Team during an exciting growth phase. This isn't just about maintaining current business – you'll be leading our ambitious expansion strategy and building the foundation for sustained market leadership across Australia.
You'll drive profitable growth through strategic customer acquisition and portfolio expansion, managing our GSF branded products while identifying new market opportunities. Leading a team of 8 with 4 direct reports, your leadership will be crucial in scaling our sales operations, developing talent across the team, and establishing Groenz as the go-to partner for foodservice solutions across the country.
The scope of this role spans leadership through to executional excellence - from setting and executing sales strategy that drives both volume and margin growth, to building lasting partnerships with key customers and distributors. You will lead promotional planning, oversee launches, and represent Groenz at industry events, all while developing a high-performing team that shares your commitment to excellence.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for a results-driven sales leader with 3-5 years leadership experience in the Foodservice sales channel and someone who understands the Australian market landscape and sees the potential for expansion. You'll have a track record of leading and motivating sales teams, developing sales strategies that deliver measurable results, and managing customer relationships.
Your strategic and commercial mindset will help you identify and deliver growth opportunities, while your communication skills and leadership approach will inspire your team to exceed targets. We value creativity and strategic thinking alongside proven leadership and execution capabilities.
